Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Selam Deutschmann is a licensed chiropractor and a prominent back specialist in St. Louis with 25 years of experience serving the bi-state area. For over two decades, he has provided pain relief and patient-focused care at his clinic, where he effectively addresses issues like whiplash resulting from car accidents. 


Dr. Deutschmann earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri. 


To enhance his qualifications, Dr. Deutschmann completed further training to become a Certified Medical Examiner and is recognized in the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners. He has the necessary credentials and skills to perform D.O.T. exams and issue medical certificates, ensuring comprehensive care for his patients. 


Additionally, we are proud to serve as an official preceptor site for Logan University’s Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program, helping to train future chiropractors. As part of their clinical education, Logan student‐doctors in their final trimester undertake a 15-week out-of-campus preceptorship experience in a private-practice setting that prepares them for real-world challenges.

We also accept Missouri  Medicaid (Mo Health Net) and Medicare.  We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits. Our office staff can also assist you in verifying your coverage.
